Pavankumarguptha (Pavankumar) is an author, who has written more than 200 books in the past 30 years. He has published six books, The Divine Light of Truth, Karthikeya Avatar, Panchakshara Stotram, Svarga Stotram, Panchapakshan Stotram and Karthikeya Stotram. His other works include Svarga Stothram, Mangalashtakam, The Glory of the Devas, The Glory of the Asuras, Parvathy Idly Sthothram and Omkara Stothram. He has also written several children's books - Bhagavath Panchakshara Stothram, Anandapurna Stothram, Sriyukta Samarpan Kavitha Kanda- Panchakshara Stothram and Chaturthi Dayi Mahatmya- Panchakshara Stothram
Pavankumar is also a successful poet. His last book was titled 'Panchakshara Stotram' which contains 108 hymns in praise of Lord Shiva. His first book was titled 'The Divine Light of Truth'.
